I strongly believe in hard work.There is no substitute for hard work , hardwork is essential to be inculcated in each and every individual. Without hardwork, we don't find almost anyone in this world achieving greatfeats.Therefore, I strongly assert that hardwork is key to success in anyone'scareer.

I totally agree with adamm22. Hard work most definitely is a key to success in anybody's career!
I think "luck" both good and bad exists, but I use different terms for both...
