OMG I finally got an answer as to why I am locked out of account and this wasn't of my own doing My account got hacked

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue, however we do not have access to your gaming account, nor are with affiliated with any of the payment functions, so there is really nothing we here in forum can do.
