I am sure you have seen some of the other threads from members complaining their accounts have been locked, but allowed me to repeat. You will need to follow the instructions posted on the locked account to have this issue resolved. I do not have access to your gaming account.

There should be instructions posted on the loading page of the locked account, if not then contact the complaints department @ Help.poker@igg.com via email.
