If you did not receive the free chips via the "Free Chips" option above the game screen, you need to contact the related offer provider to check what's going on with it. Here are the steps about how to contact the offer provider:
1. Click "Free Chips" button at the top of the game screen.
2. Then a window "Earn Facebook Credits" pops up. You need to click "Help" option at the top right corner of the window.
3. After clicking "Help" option, you will find the FAQs of offers, and there is the "Check Your Offer Status" part. You need to check this part and click "See My Offer Status".
4. The offer status page shows the list of offers that you have clicked on and which offer's reward has been credited to you. There is the "Report a problem" button after every offer. You need to click "Report a problem" to submit the problem.
5. Please fill in the needed information as specific as you can (it is helpful to check out your problem), and then you need to submit it.
