HELLO

I JUST PURCHASED A CHIP PACKAGE AND ONLY RECEIVED THE NORMAL AMOUNT, BUT WITH THE SALE I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN.  HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM OR KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO TO GET IT FIXED.  I SPOKE WITH SOME1 IN CHAT AND AFTER ABOUT 45 MINUTES THEY TOLD ME TO PUT IN A TICKET BUT WHEN I TRY TO DO THAT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME OPTION FOR THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING SO I FIGURED THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GET HELP.  IF ANY1 CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE HELP.
