DIRECTIONS FOR TAKING AND SUBMITTING SCREENSHOTS TO IGG'S SERVICE CENTER

First click on the player who is in severe violation per IGG’s Rules to display their Nickname and picture/avatar. If you need to document more than one player, you will need to take a screenshot of each player. Only one player can be clicked on showing their information more prominently displayed on the screen at a time. Once the player's information is displayed on the screen which will more readily identify them and show any pornographic or extremely offensive pictures and/or Nicknames that may have been used in the game along with any misconduct that may have been typed in the chat box, you will then need to take a screenshot for documentation of the violation(s) and all of the required information such as the Room ID number (if you are in the Shoot Out, these rooms do not have ID Numbers, but remembering what Level 1 - 3 you were in at the time is very helpful), the date and the time. Stating what time zone that you are in is also helpful.


If you are using Windows 7 or higher – Use the Snipping Tool. When you click on the Snipping Tool the Snipping Tool Box will appear over the screen. Always select Full Screen Snip as this will show all of the documentation mentioned above that you need right on the full screenshot. Once you have selected this, a copy of the full page will appear on your screen. Then you need to save the screenshot. You can either click on the icon of the floppy disc under the menu to save, or click on File in the menu and select Save File As. Either method will then bring up a box for you to name the file to save it as a .jpg file on your computer. The screenshots are saved in Pictures on your computer.


If you are using versions of Windows below Windows 7 - Hit the print screen button. It is usually found on the upper right of keyboard. Go to paint and press control V, this should bring up a copy of the picture captured. Click the A "text button" you can place info such as the time, date and room ID directly into image. Review the picture to make sure that it contains all of the information that is required and which you would like to present. Name and save as a .jpg file.


Once you have all of the necessary screenshots along with the required documentation you can either submit it on a new thread in the Help Center, or submit it directly to IGG’s Support Center by clicking on the link on in the center of the top of the page directly underneath the Banner in IGG's Texas Hold'em Poker Deluxe, or you may also contact IGG’s Service Center directly at this link - http://service.sns.us.browsergame.com/?gid=10110. Submitting it directly to the Service Center as soon as you have all of the necessary information that is required for documentation is the best way to not only assist in catching rule violators while they are still in the game, but also possibly stopping other players from being affected as well.

You will log in with the same information that you use in the game or the forum. Then click on Submit Ticket. Next click on the type of problem that you had that is listed underneath 1. Select Type of Issue. If you do not see your issue listed, then select Others and when you do that another Others will appear and click on that one also. Then fill out the ticket under Box 2. on the right by submitting your email address, the details of the incident and then upload your screenshot(s) for documentation. After completing the form, you will receive an Issue ID number and it will show the Status as Pending. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your issue to be resolved. Bookmark the page and it will be easy to Check Details.


We are always more than happy to submit the screenshots and documentation for you especially if you require assistance. However if you submit them directly to the Service Center yourselves not will it only be much faster as noted above, you will also be able access the status and receive the details directly and more expediently of any actions taken in regards to your issue. If you would like to keep your report anonymous (which often is helpful in deterring any further problems), submitting it directly to the Service Center is best. If the screenshots contain pornographic images, foul or highly offensive language please use discretion by submitting them directly to the Service Center instead of posting them here in the Forum.
